What if the mentor doesn't show up?
Your payment sits in escrow, so a no-show triggers an automatic 100% refund — no ticket, no chasing. You also get priority pick of their next opening if you still want the session.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Reschedule free up to 12 hours before the start. Inside 12 hours you can still move it once if the mentor accepts. Cancel outside 12 hours for a full refund to your original payment method or credits.
Who owns the recording?
You do. It lives in your library forever, along with the AI recap. Mentors can't publish a second of it without your explicit OK — that's in the creator agreement, not just a setting.
How are mentors vetted?
Every mentor carries the blue verification tick, and their rating and session count come exclusively from completed, escrow-verified bookings. There is no way to buy reviews on YabMeet.
