Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Tradyab ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing the website, or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use Tradyab.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful where you live - some features may be restricted or unavailable in your region.

Tradyab is a social and educational platform where people share trading ideas, post signals, follow each other's activity, tip creators, and learn. It is a place for information, community and entertainment.

Signals, scores, heatmaps and AI outputs are opinions and probabilistic tools, not guarantees. Any trade you place happens at your own broker, with your own money, on your own judgement.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
• Don't share, sell or transfer your account to anyone else.
• One person, one account - automated or bulk registrations aren't allowed.
• We may verify your identity where required by law or to protect the community.

Yab Credits are a closed-loop, in-app balance you can buy and spend across Tradyab - tipping, boosts, the verified badge, deeper AI queries and Academy courses. Credits are a license to access features, not a deposit, currency, or stored-value instrument.

• Credits have no cash value and can't be redeemed, withdrawn or transferred for money.
• Pricing and bonus tiers are shown at checkout before you confirm.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• We may adjust credit pricing or feature costs going forward, but never retroactively take credits you've already bought.

You own what you post. By posting signals, comments, or other content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it on the platform so the product can function.

You are solely responsible for your content and must have the right to share it. Tips you send are voluntary, are processed in Yab Credits, and are generally non-refundable once delivered. Don't post anything misleading, manipulative or unlawful - see the Acceptable Use Policy.

Tradyab may reference or link to third-party brokers, exchanges, data providers and tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their services, fees or losses you incur through them. Your relationship with any broker is strictly between you and them.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that signals will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any outcome will be achieved.

You can stop using Tradyab at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, harm the community, or expose us to legal risk. Where reasonable and lawful, we'll give notice and a chance to put things right.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be flagged in-app or by email, and the effective date above will move. Continuing to use Tradyab after a change means you accept the new Terms.
