When a Yab Credits top-up can be refunded - and when it can't.
In plain English
- Unused top-ups are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
- Credits you've already spent or earned aren't refundable, and can't be cashed out.
- Email support and we'll sort it - usually within a few business days.

What this covers
This policy applies to purchases of Yab Credits and other paid features on Tradyab. Because credits are a closed-loop, in-app balance, refunds work a little differently from a normal store - this explains how.
14-day top-up refunds
If you've bought a credit top-up and haven't spent it, you can request a full refund of the unused balance within 14 days of purchase. We'll refund to your original payment method.
Partly spent?
If you've used part of a top-up, only the untouched portion is refundable, calculated at the rate you paid.
What isn't refundable
- Credits you've already spent on tips, boosts, the verified badge, AI queries or courses.
- Credits you earned through referrals, tips, rewards or bonuses (these were never purchased).
- Tips you've sent to other creators once they've been delivered.
- Bonus credits attached to a refunded top-up are reversed with it.
No cash-out
Credits can be refunded to your original payment method under this policy, but they can never be converted to cash or withdrawn as money.
Academy courses
Academy course purchases are refundable within 14 days as long as you haven't completed more than 20% of the lessons. All-Access passes are refundable within 14 days if unused.
How to request a refund
Email support@tradyab.com from your account email with your order reference. We typically respond within two business days, and approved refunds reach your payment provider within 5-10 business days.
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank - it's almost always faster for us to resolve it directly.
